Remembered- The Shoe

I still remembered how Aisyah once asked me, "Ayah.... bila kita nak beli kete?". Gee i wish i could answered that one. Mariam put a stop at it by saying, "Akak.... buat masa nie kita tak mampu nak beli kete. Banyak lagi keperluan lain yang kita belum ada. Nanti bila kita ada duit lebih sikit nanti kita cuba beli ye." I could see the contented look in Aisyah's face.

These conversation took place about a month after we managed to get an apartment while walking together along the bridge over Seine River. And as the result of heavy usage her shoes once worn by her now being passed to Sarah. Consequently this is the outcome of wading through the snow (neige) and black ice (verglas). Lasted only for six months since we first bought in Melaka.
